Pre-Opening Questions & Answers
If you have more questions, please write Marc Freedman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why should I buy a membership now and not wait?
Here are a few reasons.
You list only 2 Pre-Opening Workouts per week. Will you be adding more?
We certainly hope so. That will be dependent on the buildout and how and when parts of the studio will be available.
How can I sign up for a membership that costs the same as I was paying at UFC Gym?
We designed the memberships with you in mind. The 6 month package is $495, which is about $83/month, less than the regular price of $89 at UFC Gym. The one year package is an even lower rate. They also include extra benefits at no added cost - pre-opening group workouts, multiple raffle entries, t-shirt, and a free private lesson with Jay or Troy. Afterward the monthly price is the same as UFC Gym at $89/month.
Can I get the former student $89 per month price with the month to month membership?
No. The month to month plan includes two months and the registration fee. Afterward it's the regular monthly rate of $109. You must buy the 6 month or one year package.
How much do the Pre-Opening Workouts cost?
There is NO cost for them. They're an added bonus for students who have purchased a Pre-Opening membership.
Do you have couples or family pricing?
Yes, they're priced another 10-15% off the Pre-Opening packages that are already discounted 40-60%. Get pricing and register.
Will the studio have many and new equipment like the closed UFC Richardson Gym (lots of bags, octagon, weights, etc)?
Hollywood Total Fitness plans to feature mostly new, not used, equipment. That UFC location was economically unsustainable because it was extremely large at over 9,000 square feet. That's why it shut down. In fact a number of other gyms like Title Boxing are moving to smaller locations for the same reason.
Hollywood Total Fitness will be a mid-sized studio with over 4,500 square feet. The Muay Thai and martial arts section will feature 24 bags and a large open mat area for jiu jitsu and sparring. A boxing ring is likely in the first year. A large high intensity/crossfit area will have typical equipment like TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, running strip, and a couple stations or machines.
There will be very limited, if any, free weights, weight machines, treadmills, and benches, such as UFC Richardson had.
How many classes will you have when you open?
Jay and Troy teach at multiple studios. As owners they'll be focusing virtually all their time at Hollywood Total Fitness. We expect to offer 25 to 50 classes per week.
Are Jay and Troy available for private one on one training?
Absolutely. Please contact us to learn more.
